Tricia Brummett is a Studio Arts major with a concentration in Photography at Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. She will graduate in May of 2020 with a Bachelor of Science. Her photographic work has covered a wide range of topics including family dynamics, gender issues, and self-confidence. Her current work explores architectural elements and design themes. In addition to her photographic studies, Brummett is a double major in Social Work. She is currently developing a project with K-12 students that utilizes Photo Voice, a program that encourages students to use photography as a means to advocate for educational and social justice issues. Upon graduation, Brummett plans to move to Chicago where she hopes to continue her work with Photo Voice and her personal work on gender issues through street photography.
